This privacy notice for Food On Time ("Company," "we," "us," or "our," https://foodontime.com.ps/) explains how we use and protect your personal information when you use our services, such as when you download and use our mobile application (Food On Time).

Permissions

 We may ask users to give permission for the following: 

- Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to get location-based information from your mobile device, only while you are using our mobile application and only when opening the map screen, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

- Internet permission, because it's an online app, to get the restaurants, and submit the order. 

Information we collect from you.

 As part of our commitment to the privacy of our customers and visitors to our app more generally, we want to be clear about the types of information we will collect about you. When you visit or make an order, through 'Food On Time' app or platform, you are asked for information about yourself including your name, contact details, delivery address, order details. We collect information about your use of the app or when you contact us or provide us with feedback, including via email or phone. We collect information from your mobile device, such as its operating system, the device, connection type, and the IP address from which you are accessing our Sites. 

Social Media Login Data

We may allow you to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook or google account. We will collect your name and email address if you choose to register this way. 

The use of your information

 We will only process your information if there is a reason for doing so and if that reason is permitted by law. (Legislative Decree No. 17 of 2012, mentioned within the law of Regulating Communication on the Internet and Combating Information Crime.) We use your information to: 

1. Provide the services you have requested; we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details. 

2. Contact you when necessary concerning our services to resolve issues you may have with your order. 

3. Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your order or certain application features. If you wish to avoid receiving these communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings. 

Sharing Your Information

The information we collect about you will be transferred to and stored on our servers. We are cautious and transparent about who else your information is shared with. 

We share your information with third parties who have access to limited information to enable them to fulfill your order, improve their services, or solve your complins, only where necessary to provide you with the best services possible. The types of third-party service providers whom we share your information with include, for example, restaurants and grocers on Food On Time APP, riders, and our customer service staff. We may share data with the following: 

- Google Analytics: This helps track customer behavior in real-time, so the owner can know the user behavior and assist with UX analysis. 

- Firebase Crashlytics: This helps with investigating the crashes that the user faced (showing the vital info to raise the issue, like the device type, os version, and so on). 

- Food on time driver can see the name and phone to contact the user and the address of the delivery area. 

Retaining your information

 We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. 

Your Rights

Under the Law of Regulating Network Communication and Cybercrime prevention, you may have several rights related to your data that we store. If you wish to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can email us at info@foodontime.com.ps. 

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. 

Changes in Our Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes or directly sending you a notification.
